Eligibility Requirements

• The bag must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• All tags, dust bags, and accessories must be included
• Items marked as final sale or customized are not eligible

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
3. Package the item securely and ship it back to us

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.
